Shipping

Currently we only offer shipping to the United States. Shipping is FREE on all standard orders (framed paintings not included).

Returns & Exchanges

All of our oil portrait paintings are commissioned as ordered, thus we cannot accept returns. Exchanges will be provided in the following instances; The painting arrives damaged OR The painting is the incorrect size.

Refunds

When an oil portrait is ordered the total cost will be broken down as follows; 50% Non-nonrefundable deposit, 50% refundable prior to order shipping. When the confirmation photograph of the completed portrait is sent to the customer they will have the opportunity to critique the portrait and note any issues they might find. The issues, if any, will be corrected and a 2nd confirmation photograph will be sent. Once the painting has been approved by the customer the order will ship. If you are not happy with the portrait for any reason you may request a 50% refund on the total purchase amount. We are unable to offer a full refund because at this point the painting is completed. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
